Darren & I got to see our baby for the first time today! We also were lucky enough to hear the heartbeat... it was beating 171 times/minute, which the doctor says is what it should be! It was so amazing to see there is really a little one in there :-)

Happy to be there safe and sound!

Darren made it to Jordan safely, and said he has about 35 crew members working for him. The men are from Dubai, Jordan, Egypt, Pakistan and other countries. He has a translator to communicate since only a dozen or so speak English. He seems to be enjoying it there, and he even got to ride a camel :-)

Off to Jordan...

Darren is gone for 8 days to Amman, Jordan for work. He will be lighting a pianist/performer by the name of Zade at the Roman Theatre there in Jordan.
The performance will be televised on PBS as we understand it. I visited Zade's website (www.zade.com) and listened to some of his music, it is actually beautiful music. I am excited to see the final product. Above is the Roman Theatre that Darren will be lighting. Reading about Jordan lately makes me wish I could join him, it looks so interesting there. Oh, how I long for the day to visit the Mediterranean! Have a great time babe, we miss you already!
